No real recipe per se


I use pork loin, cut it about a three quarters of an inch thick and then beat them until about a quarter inch thick. Season each piece lightly with SPGO, and then do a three step dredge...seasoned flour - egg wash - bread crumbs. Fry in a shallow pan of oil, flipping once until golden brown on each side. Serve with brown gravy, spaetzel (egg noodles), and prepared German red cabbage. And Vienna Lager, starting about an hour before cooking ..
